The Sculpted Strength Challenge is a 6-week, 4-day-per-week strength training program designed to help you build lean muscle, sculpt your glutes, and increase full-body strength—without excessive cardio or burnout.
This challenge focuses on intentional training, progressive overload, and smart programming so you can see real results while feeling strong, confident, and energized.
These strength training workouts use weights, resistance bands, and/bodyweight resistance training for stronger, more defined muscles.
In addition, you'll also receive delicious, healthy recipes that are easy and fast to incorporate into your busy schedule for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
